I am Ran Singh, a certified yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience practising and teaching Hatha Yoga. My expertise lies in asanas, pranayama, and therapeutic approaches to address joint pain and mental health challenges.
Background:
Previously, I passionately served as a part-time yoga instructor onboard cruise vessels, travelling across the world and sharing the transformative power of yoga. Now, I am dedicated to helping individuals aged 40 to 60 improve their physical and mental well-being through holistic practices.

YOGA FOR TOTAL HEALTH
CLASS POLICY

Please arrive/join zoom 10 minutes before your class starts.

Late arrivals/join will not be let in after the class has started.

The Yoga at Sea reserve the right to refuse entry.
FOUR HOURS CACELLATION POLICY FOR LIVE CLASSES

If you do not attend a booked live class or cancel with less than 4 hours notice you will still be charged for the class.

You can cancel your class booking online up to 4 hrs before the scheduled class start time.

When you cancel your booking, your class credit will be refunded automatically.

If you are unable to provide the requisite notice , you will forfeit the class.

The 4 hours cancellation limit allow us to offer your place to another student.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

One month unlimited membership expires thirty(30) days from the first day of use.

All membership/passes are non refundable/non transferable.
PRIVATE CLASS POLICY

Pre-payment at time of booking is required.
-
Cancellation within twenty four (24) hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.

Cancellation more than twenty four(24) hours prior to scheduled session will receive full credit towards a future Private lesson.
WORKSHOP POLICY

Pre-payment in full is required at time of registration.

Refunds for cancellation are available up to fourteen (14) days prior to date of workshop, minus a 10% processing fee.

Credits is only given for cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to workshop.
-
No refunds or cradits are given less than seven (7) days prior to the workshop.
