Gorakhnath pose

Improve flexibility and strengthen the hole body .Very good for control the emotions.

Halasana

Improve blood supply to brain and good for high Blood pressor / relieve back ace.

The Tree pose

The vrksasan tones the leg muscles and gives one a sense of balance.

VIRASAN

This is only pose one can perform after meal. It will improve your digestion system. The pose can cures rheumatic pains in the knees and good for flatfeet. However it may take long time.

Sirs asana

The best inversion pose and king of asanas . In this asana balance only is not so important. The skull incases the brain, the seat of Brahman. the brains control the nervous system and organs of sense. With Regular & precise practice one becomes self reliant in pain/ pleasure, loss/gain, shame/fame and victory/defeat.

Vrksa asana / tree pose

This is easy balancing pose and tones the leg muscles. It improve alertness and concentration. help to opens the hips.

Urdhva Dhanurasana / Wheel pose

This asana tones the spine and stretching it fully. Also strength the arms and wrists.
